POSITION PURPOSE:     To maintain raw material inventories and ensure required raw materials are available for production.

 SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in implementation of Plant’s Safety Program through housekeeping, organization, and participation in Safety Teams.
2. Unload, receive (in enterprise system), label, and store or deliver incoming raw materials.
3. Ensure that Raw Materials and RM usage are properly reconciled in Enterprise systems.
4. Coordinate receipt, storage, movement, and inventory of Raw Materials handled through Consignment programs.
5. Coordinate with Purchasing and Production Planning personnel to ensure materials required for upcoming jobs are received, staged, and ready for production.
6. Coordinate movement and storage of in-house raw materials (Paper, Ink, Corrugate, and other consumables).
7. Participate in baling / recycling operations including safe operation of balers and loading / unloading of trucks with recycling/supplies.
8. Load and unload trucks, and move materials safely using hand truck or PIV.
9. Use enterprise system data to perform system / order maintenance activities and prepare reports.
10. Assists with the check-in of trucking company employees, ensuring proper communication of company policies and visitor expectations.
11. Perform other duties, as assigned, and overtime as required.
