As a designated Level IV trauma center with 25 accredited beds and a helipad for critically injured patients, Geisinger Jersey Shore provides a robust environment for patient care. As a hospitalist, you'll leverage advanced medical technology and resources to offer exceptional care. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you'll have opportunities for research, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives.
Position Highlights
- Interview patients to collect detailed information on medical history and symptoms.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and maintain accurate patient records including histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
- Work in a clinical and office environment adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
