Shift Timings: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM, Weekends and Holidays.
Patient Ratio: 2:1
Job Description:
Responsible for quickly assessing and prioritizing patient conditions, providing critical care, and performing life-saving interventions.
They collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare staff to manage emergencies, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.
They also document patient information, assist with diagnostic procedures, and ensure patients' comfort and safety during treatment.
Additionally, ER RNs provide emotional support to patients and their families during high-stress situations.
Experience Required:
Must have 02+ years of ER experience.
Education:
Required Education:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum Degree Required:
Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
Preferred Education:
Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
Current Michigan State RN License.
Must have active BLS, ACLS, PALS currently.
DCI/BVP.
