We are looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide Skilled Therapy Services for patients in their homes. This role involves planning and administering physical therapy treatment, testing and screening patients, developing rehab programs, and supervising support staff.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Minimum of one year physical therapy experience preferred
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required
