The outpatient practice for this position will be located in Marinette, Wisconsin within a beautiful multispecialty clinic with an attached ambulatory surgical center.Overview: - Full-time practice: 40 hours per week (at least 32 hours per week devoted to direct patient care) - Outpatient Clinic Days in Marinette & Green Bay - 1:10 Call Schedule 24/7 restricted on-call coverage with dedicated midwifery collaboration (Deliveries Green Bay, Wisconsin) - Currently 10 OBGYN Physicians - Gynecology/Oncology Services - Maternal Fetal Medicine Services - Uro-Gynecology Services - Advanced Practice Providers - Certified Nurse Midwives - da Vinci Xi Robot - Approximately 1,500 births per year with projected increase to 1,800Compensation: - 100% Production-Based Compensation - 2-year Compensation Guarantee - Performance Bonus Available - Outreach Travel Stipend if applicable - Restricted Call Stipend - $5,000 CME per fiscal year - 80 hours of paid time off to conduct CME - 264 hours of contracted paid time off - Up to $12,000 relocation assistance - Health, Vision & Dental Insurance - Short and Long Term Disability Insurance - Life Insurance - 401K and 457B Retirement Plans - Professional Liability Insurance provided by Bellin Health
