What You'll Do:
  • Provide top-notch support: Assist staff with system configuration and troubleshooting, both remotely and in-person. Your expertise will keep everything running without a hitch.
  • Collaborate with the IT team: Work closely with our IT team to tackle complex technical issues and escalate when needed, ensuring quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records: Document customer interactions and technical issues to help streamline support processes.
  • Stay on the cutting edge: Keep up-to-date with the latest tech trends, system updates, and software developments to offer the best solutions.
What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting, with proficiency in hardware/software issues and a strong understanding of operating systems and software applications.
  • Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • A patient, approachable demeanor with a knack for breaking down technical jargon into clear, step-by-step instructions.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team when necessary.
    • Experience with technical support tools and software.
Bonus Points:
  • Previous experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
