Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking full-time early career Manufacturing Support Team Member to support the C-130 Production Line. In this role, you will assist manufacturing technicians in achieving production schedule and cost targets. This is a production operations role that will provide “hands-on” applications of engineering and manufacturing principles. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of computer systems and a desire to work in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. Must be a US Citizen. This position is at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in manufacturing technology, engineering technology, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, operations engineering, business management, or a related degree - Proficient with Microsoft Office. - Must be a US Citizen. Desired Skills: - Demonstrated leadership experience. - Experience working in a manufacturing or operations environment. - Knowledge of formal problem-solving methodologies; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
