Job Description

Shift : 40 hours/ week - No night or weekend call

Description:

3 days - office/clinic patients - Flexible hours - Average 10-12 patients per day
2 days - OR cases - Average 2-4 cases per day
Type of cases: Lumpectomy, SLNBX, Mastectomy (simple, skin-sparing, nipple sparing), Axillary LN Dissection, I&D Breast Abscess
Participate in High Risk and Survivorship Programs
Attend Weekly Breast Panel
Participating in NAPBC programs and verification
Provider to work clinic between 2 locations 8 miles apart (hospital and satellite office)
Orientation is on-site, on Tuesdays only
EMR: CERNER, 4 hours training course (paid hours)
Credentialing can take 30 days if the provider has a clean background (Donna will be handling credentialing)
No weekends or Holidays
Client will pay for travel, lodging, airfare

Experience:

Fellowship Trained Board Certified Breast Surgeon or greater than five years experience as a Board-Certified Breast Surgeon

License:

Must possess a current PA License & DEA
