About Us: We're looking for a dedicated Virtual School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team in Arizona. Our goal is to offer outstanding telehealth services to students statewide, ensuring accessible and effective physical therapy support.

Responsibilities: As a Virtual School-Based Physical Therapist, your role will involve conducting virtual assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans, and delivering virtual therapy sessions to students. You'll collaborate with school teams, offering guidance, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Keeping accurate documentation and complying with regulations are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Valid Arizona licensure
Demonstrated experience in physical therapy, preferably in school-based settings or telehealth
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in telehealth platforms
Ability to collaborate with school teams and manage caseloads independently

Working Conditions: This is a fully remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and a private workspace. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate school hours.
