Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Cyber Systems Project Manager position for the Integrated Defensive Cyber Systems Contract. This individual will support the Air Force Defensive Cyber Operations Program Management Office, working at the overall Branch level to support innovative technologies, track dependencies, and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include project management, communication, coordination, and leadership within multidisciplinary teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage small to medium-sized projects.
  • Drive project progress through effective task and stakeholder management.
  • Actively monitor, track, and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Integrate all functions and activities necessary to meet client requirements.
  • Direct project team personnel and manage schedules.
  • Create and provide high-quality written and verbal project communications.
  • Mentor other team members as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage tasks and workflow utilizing Jira and Confluence.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite for project management and communication.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Must possess an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with defensive cyber.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Prior experience with Air Force Cyber or Cyber Command.
  • Able to create and manage basic SharePoint sites.
  • Agile fundamentals and ITIL fundamentals certifications.
