Overall Purpose:
  • The Senior Search Consultant is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in identifying top echelon executive and highly technical, emerging market talent for specialized boutique positions with high market demand and low supply.
  • They utilize expertise in cold calling, networking, technologies, and creative methods to provide qualified leads.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Possess 10+ years of senior-level search experience in agency or consulting environments.
  2. Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical terminology and its proper application.
  3. Consult and partner with Business Leadership and Staffing Team to conduct discovery calls, identifying specific required and desired skills (act as an HR Business Analyst).
  4. Exhibit expertise in finding and evaluating highly qualified resources in emerging/niche technology areas.
  5. Demonstrate success in conducting senior executive level searches.
  6. Showcase the ability to network, vet, and convert passive candidates via phone.
  7. Build and manage candidate pipelines comprising both passive and active candidates.
  8. Understand market conditions and provide competitive intelligence in emerging areas.

Additional Skills and Requirements:
  • Proficient in external headhunting skills including cold calling and utilization of top marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals, and ATS.
  • Experience in recruiting/sourcing/filling low to highly complex Professional/Management roles, especially sales and/or technical roles.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively report out on activity, track prospects, and monitor their progress.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in activity.
