What's your day like?

As a Company Driver, you can expect an engaging and rewarding day-to-day experience. Your primary responsibility will be transporting freight safely and efficiently across various routes while adhering to all safety regulations. Daily tasks will include conducting thorough pre-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs, and ensuring timely deliveries to our valued clients.

You'll be on the road for extended periods, with a full-time schedule that often includes selected day trips, allowing you to experience new locations and challenges. Expect to occasionally work weekends and be adaptable to changing schedules. Throughout your journey, you'll communicate regularly with dispatch to ensure seamless operations and maintain our high standards of customer service.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Company Driver at MB Dispatch International LLC, you'll need a strong set of skills and experience. A minimum of 3 years behind the wheel with a valid CDL is essential, demonstrating your proficiency in safe driving practices and adherence to regulations. Exceptional communication skills are necessary for effectively interacting with dispatch and clients, ensuring smooth operations. Familiarity with transportation management software and GPS tools will help you navigate routes efficiently while keeping accurate logs.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
