In this role, you will provide inpatient consultation to patients with serious, life-limiting illness, who are seeking assistance with advanced symptom management, clarifying goals of care, and transition planning.
Overview:
- Conduct and support the interdisciplinary team in comprehensive palliative care assessments and care plan development
- Provide inpatient consults
- Academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College
- Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, APPs, RNs, chaplains, and social workers
- BC/BE in palliative medicine by the ABMS or AOA
- Thoughtful communicator
- Ability to obtain/maintain a NH medical license and federal DEA license
- Four beautiful seasons and an outdoor lifestyle
