Part time
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide private-duty care 1:1 in the home and at school. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of the care team. Care will be provided to a 7-year-old medically fragile client. This position requires a Registered Nurse to accompany client to and from school, if there is no school the nurse will work from the clients home 8am- 4PM.
This assignment has a pay rate of $35.00/hour (during school) and $40.00/hour at home.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
- Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements
- Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
- One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
