Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create eye-catching and on-brand designs for a variety of products and marketing materials, including t-shirts, mugs, posters, and more.
  • Video/Animation: Utilize video and animation skills to create engaging content for social media, advertisements, and product showcases (a huge plus).
  • On-Camera/Photography: Be willing to appear in promotional photos and videos as needed, and contribute to product photography.
  • Social Media: Assist with social media content creation and management, ensuring our brand stays relevant and engaging on all platforms.
  • Trend Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends and customer preferences to inform design choices and product offerings.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Develop clever and innovative solutions to design challenges, ensuring all projects meet brand guidelines and client expectations.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest design tools, trends, and techniques, and be open to learning new skills that enhance your role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a significant advantage.
  • Basic photography skills; experience with product photography is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • A creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to be on camera and participate in promotional content.
  • A desire to grow within the company and take on new challenges.
