ROW Agent III

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years
Hybrid: Minimum in-office 2x/month

Responsibilities:
• The ROW Agent will negotiate terms and conditions for easements and right of way agreements with utilities, municipalities, private landowners, carriers and government entities
• The ROW Agent will draft, review and revise complex contract provisions for right of way agreements, private easements, relocation agreements, joint builds etc.
• The ROW Agent will secure and manage contracts of varied scope and complexity allowing Telecommunication to utilize major rights of way (e.g., Departments of Transportation (DOT), municipalities, private and corporate landowners) for the installation, protection of established rights and operation of fiber network
• The ROW Agent will collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Tax, Government Affairs and Risk Management to execute/manage agreements.
• The ROW Agent will manage, coordinate and negotiate agreements, right of way agreements, private easements and license agreements for the installation and management of Telecommunication fiber optic network projects
• The ROW Agent will research company rights and have understanding and negotiate standard form reimbursement agreements with private companies, Local/State/Federal agencies, and other providers associated with facility relocations.
• The ROW Agent will manage existing agreements, Bonds, Certificates or Insurance including agreement renewal, term enforcement, and payment authorization
