We are on the hunt for a skilled and reliable handyman to join our maintenance department. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining the units, identifying the need for repairs, responding to maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment. To be an effective handyman, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good experience with hand and power tools and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents. We love anyone with experience in Construction, manual labor, manufacturing assembly or roofing. So anyone with experience in using hand tools and power tools would be a great fit and easy to train. This is an indoor facility and a great place to grow your career with regular bonuses Shift: Day Shift Monday - Friday - 7 am - 4 pm Job Responsibilities: Perform basic tasks including painting, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs. Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances. Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs. Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. We will teach you how to do basic HVAC repairs if you don't have that experience, but previous HVAC experience is great. Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks. Provide clients’ with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment. Skills: these are helpful but not at all necessary as we will train with any hand tools, power tools and equipment.
