We seek a skilled Sheet Metal Worker - CNC to join our team. This individual will be responsible for operating a Cincinnati CNC Brake Press, setting up the machine, and selecting the correct tooling and dies.

The ideal candidate will have experience with bend allowances, blueprints, and minor machine maintenance. They will also be responsible for measuring parts accurately, using an overhead crane and forklift, and working with materials such as mild steel, aluminum, and thin gauge materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate the Cincinnati CNC Brake Press
  • Select the correct tooling and dies, and make necessary program adjustments
  • Fabricate metal components according to blueprints and specifications
  • Measure parts accurately and perform quality control checks
  • Use an overhead crane and forklift to gather and place materials
  • Maintain the machine and perform minor repairs as needed

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience operating CNC machines
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
  • Ability to set up and operate from blueprint specifications
  • Experience with multiple setups and program editing
  • Capability to operate overhead crane and sit-down forklift
