Our client is a prominent manufacturing company known for their commitment to excellence and innovation. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Application Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in migrating various internal systems to a comprehensive ERP application.

Job Description:

As the Application Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and supporting the migration of internal systems to an ERP application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application analysis, business process optimization, and experience with ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and requirements for the migration project.
  • Analyze existing internal systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement and alignment with the ERP application.
  • Configure and customize the ERP application to meet the specific needs of the manufacturing environment.
  • Work closely with end-users to provide training, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Participate in data migration activities and data cleansing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP application.
  • Document and maintain system configurations, changes, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and implement enhancements as needed.
  • Contribute to testing and quality assurance efforts, ensuring that the ERP application meets business requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Application Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with database management and data migration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with change management and user training is a plus.
  • Manufacturing experience is a big plus
