Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage workforce needs aligned with patient care requirements.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate, or baccalaureate).
  • Current Registered Nurse License (Texas or Multi-State Compact) with a Texas license required within 90 days if you hold a Compact License.
  • A valid American Heart Association BLS Certification.
  • A minimum of two years of healthcare experience; a BSN and three years of experience are preferred.
