Foreman Expectations:
As a Concrete and Asphalt Foreman, you play a critical role in the field management of utility construction projects, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of daily operations. You are responsible for overseeing and coordinating concrete repairs, as well having strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction are a plus.

DOT Medical Card and Class A or B CDL preferred, if operating a company vehicle.

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, with repeated lifting (up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
-
In-depth knowledge of utility construction methods, proper use of tools and materials, and safety practices.
-
5 years of concrete/asphalt experience.
-
Proficient in computer skills and ability to use various software.
