Job Description:
The Crowe Director is a key member of our leadership team who will develop, build and maintain Tax client relationships. Your proven skills in understanding and identifying solutions that address our client's needs for process improvement, solutions and tools that mitigate risk, increase speed and allow for more time for value added services.
Facilitate the implementation of provision and compliance projects including identifying, understanding, communicating and managing projects from inception to completion
Provide technical expertise and knowledge of processes to expand the line of business and develop professional staff
Develop team of professionals with expertise in Corp tax solutions
Actively leads and generates new Tax business opportunities
Serves as engagement leader for appropriate projects
Mentors and supports growth of the Tax team
Actively participates in appropriate professional and networking organizations
Serves as engagement/client leader for appropriate Tax engagements/clients

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $196,364.00 to $442,002.00 per year.Our Benefits:
