Pediatrician

A great opportunity has arisen for a Pediatrician to join our team. The clinic is located in Victorville, a small desert city with low cost of living. To unwind, Mojave Narrows Regional Park offers acres of scenic waterways, green meadows, picnic areas, and a small water park.

In this role, you can choose to start as an employee or an independent contractor. A signing bonus of $50K is available, if you opt for a 3-year contract. You will have a 5-day workweek from 8 am to 5 pm and no weekend clinic. The call schedule is 1:3 and includes mommy calls. In the office, you will work alongside another pediatrician and 1 NP. You will see an average of 18-24 patients per day. Spanish-speaking is preferred but not required. The position is located in San Bernardino County.
