Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and in accordance with hotel policies • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area to enhance the overall guest experience Qualifications: • Excellent verbal communication skills • Computer skills • Problem-solving skills • Active listening skills • Personal accountability skills Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
