Job Title: Data Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC Our client is seeking a senior data engineer to join a team of data engineers on the Marketing Intelligence Team. We have an exciting opportunity to develop and scale our home-grown data platform that powers Marketing Technology platforms. This professional will exhibit a fervent enthusiasm for data engineering and the implementation of data pipelines. They will possess a strategic mindset, collaborating with cross functional teams to successfully execute enterprise initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high quality, innovative data integration solutions in a fast-paced environment. Create real-time streaming data pipelines for multiple sources and data types. Develop, and support Marketing Operations data integrations spanning multiple AdTech partners and the clients lines of Business. Engage in seamless collaboration with Engineers, Data Architects, and Data Product Owners to execute project tasks efficiently. Develop and manage technical documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility. Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support during off-hours. Must have Requirements: 5+ years of experience in implementing data services using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Services Strong Experience with Messaging and event Streaming technologies like Kafka, AWS Kinesis, AWS SQS and SNS etc. Strong Experience with Cloud Based Data Warehousing & Analytics Platform like Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift etc. Proficient in data transformation and orchestration tools like dbt, Apache Airflow. Ability to design, implement & support data integration projects with minimal oversight. Experience in building and supporting serverless architecture. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Expertise in at least 1 programming language (python, Java, Scala etc.) Additional Experience Preferred: B.S. Computer Science or equivalent.
