Key Responsibilities for a CT / Rad Tech:
  • Perform high-quality CT and radiographic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
  • Ensure accurate patient positioning and technique for optimal image quality.
  • Operate and maintain CT and radiographic equipment, ensuring safety and functionality.
  • Explain procedures to patients, addressing any questions or concerns with empathy.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review and interpret images.
  • Maintain precise and detailed patient records in accordance with hospital protocols.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications:
  • ARRT certification in Radiology (ARRT (R)) and Computed Tomography (ARRT (CT)) (Required).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
  • Texas Department of State Health Services certification (Required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred .
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
