Job Description:

What You Will Be Doing:

Product Strategy & Vision:

● Participate in defining and communicating a strategic digital vision, including purpose, target audience, value proposition, focused outcomes and OKRs that will guide all prioritization, product-related decisions and help ensure alignment across teams.

● Lead the strategic execution and delivery of digital enablement strategies to drive sales, penetration, and margin growth across the designated region while maintain a global Arrow view.

● Through their leadership, the Digital Product Manager will ensure alignment between business objectives, market demands, and product success.

● Understand and address the unique needs and priorities of assigned region, ensuring that digital solutions align with local market demand.

Product Development:

● Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to launch, including product planning, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery.

● Prioritize changes, features, requirements, and experiments for all digital capabilities – inclusive of process, tech, and data -- based on the strategy, continuous discovery and customer listening, desired outcomes, and an evaluation of both tech and operational impacts, and business and customer value. This involves creating and managing a backlog, and collaborating with the technology team and other key functional partners and stakeholders to ensure that they are aligned.

Digital Transformation:

● Drive digital transformation efforts by integrating modern technologies and methodologies into existing processes and products to ensure digital solutions are scalable and integrate into existing systems.

● Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve business outcomes through digital innovation.

● Monitor emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and forward-thinking.

● Leverage competitive, industry and customer research and analysis to understand the landscape, key trends, as well as the needs and preferences of target customers.

Stakeholder Management:

● Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams both within the digital organization and beyond including global and regional business stakeholders, customer experience and design, marketing, engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure that the product is defined, designed, developed, launched, and promoted successfully. This includes communicating the product vision, gathering feedback, and collaborating to resolve issues.

● Partner closely with marketing, operations, and sales to promote and drive understanding and adoption of new/changed capabilities. This includes fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

● Support development of a Digital organization culture that is customer-centric, learning-based, focused on continuous improvement, and grounded in measurement and data-based decision making.

● Maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring regional voices are incorporated into product development.

Performance Analysis:

● Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital products and transformation initiatives.

● Leverage market insights and data, evaluate tradeoffs, analyze outcomes (upside, expected and downside) to inform decision making on new opportunities and growth strategies.

● Conduct user feedback sessions and usability testing to gather actionable insights.

● Continuously track, measure, and analyze digital capability performance, leveraging insights as a key input to the future strategy and roadmap.

● Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist

● Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff

● Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Work Arrangement: This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in your local office and 2 days per week from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$98,900.00 - $150,480.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

US-CO-Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building)

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
