Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives consumer engagement, awareness, and sales across various channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement a digital marketing omnichannel plan
  • Lead and direct in-house digital strategy teams and external agencies
  • Create and execute digital promotional campaigns
  • Oversight of all digital channels to ensure brand consistency and mitigate risk
  • Develop growth and adoption strategies for digital technology systems

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience leading strategic digital marketing initiatives with measurable business results
  • At least 5 years of experience in P&L management, budgeting, and personnel supervision
  • Advanced knowledge of the digital consumer path to purchase, including best practices for reach, interaction, conversion, and engagement in B2C environments
  • Extensive expertise in digital marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, predictive analytics, personalization, and segmentation tools, as well as universal design principles
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, inbound marketing, display and social media advertising, email, affiliate marketing, and Google Analytics; Hubspot, Google Analytics/Adwords, and Digital Marketing certifications
  • Familiarity with web design, user experience, systems integration, ADA compliance design principles, Agile methodologies, and Scrum project management principles
  • Strong team leadership and effective communication skills
