With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Primary Care is seeking a board eligible/certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide care for our highest risk, most fragile, and complex patients. Care is provided in the clinic—virtually. Supervision of APPs is also required as the APPs care for patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have both outpatient and inpatient experience.
