The Senior Sales Executive will work on existing accounts to build deep client relationships while demonstrating solution selling skills to enhance opportunity value

Role Responsibilities

  • Seeks new business or product sales through new account acquisition and delivers against target in assigned territory.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, and recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Winning sales campaigns after they have progressed past Needs Developments, close late stage deals, developing persuasive presentations, overcoming late-stage deal obstacles, and winning confidence and support of late state new entrants to sales campaign
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending informational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking standard processes, and participating in professional and industry organizations.
  • Cultivates relationships with key buyers and decision makers and responds to sales opportunities to develop and grow customer accounts.
  • Conducts high-efficiency, high-output prospecting; collaborates effectively with lead-gen, account management, and other colleagues ensuring constant coverage of expansion opportunities and participation in customer life cycle framework.
  • Listens to clients' requirements, the needs and wants of the market and can negotiate and present a targeted and appropriate proposition clearly with structure.
Experience and Qualifications Required
  • 10 + years Sales and account management experience
  • Background in Collateral Operation and/or Banking risk
  • Experience using Salesforce (CRM) software.
  • Proficient sales planning and organization skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer's organization structure, business strategy and challenges, product/service offerings, key leaders, and industry
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills
