We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established partner practice in Rutland, VT. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, and prioritizes patient care. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years' working experience, preferably post completion of a GPR.
The associate can anticipate a stable, fun, work-life balance with a committed support team, beautiful facilities, and model that empowers clinicians to grow and develop their skills by providing educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance.

85% PPO 15%FFS
17 operatories, 2 operatories available to new provider
Dr. chairs: 8 Hyg. chairs: 9
CBCT, iTero, Cerec
Schedule: Mon-Thurs
Strong partnership/ownership opportunity
Compensation for full-time employees:
Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
Generous CE allowance

Qualifications and Skills:
At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
GPR or AEGD preferred
Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
