Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 12 hour shifts with possible night call Setting: Inpatient Types of Cases: General gastroenterology cases Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temporary privileges available Requirements: Board Certification, Active Indiana license and Indiana Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena Facility Location Fort Wayne is a midwestern city that's chock full of cultural and entertainment options.
