Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the overall clinical quality, integrity, and service excellence of rehabilitation programs.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and monitor clinical services, documentation, and billing processes.
  • Foster strong customer relations and identify growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs to ensure optimal performance.
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
  • Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and provide high-quality patient care.
