PRN Speech-Language Pathologist

Consistent coverage 3 days per week.

Mission Convalescent is an esteemed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in a convenient and accessible area of Jackson, TN. The facility is situated near the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, which allows for easy collaboration and coordination of care. With its focus on providing top-quality rehabilitation services and personalized care, Mission Convalescent offers a rewarding work environment for members of the therapy team who are passionate about improving the well-being and quality of life for their patients.

Job Summary:

SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • ASHA (CCC) Certification
  • Active state license required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Annual physical and TB skin test required.
