Unit Profile Hospital:   Memorial University Hospital   Location: Savannah Ga Address:4700 Waters Ave Unit: CV invasive labs Building: CV tower   General Information Unit Specifics: ·        Number of Beds :2 angio suites ·        Patient Ratios : ·        Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : ·        Type of equipment :Philips, GE ·        Documentation system:EPIC ·        Scheduling requirements: 4, 10s with call ·        Floating policy: ·        Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- ·        Certifications: ACLS, BLS, Rad or CVT technologist Hiring profile Years of Experience Required: 2 years Requested Skill Set: Vascular Services: Emergent Services; LVO-stroke Traumatic Bleeding Embolization Aortic Aneurysm repair PE Thrombectomy Procedure: Endo and vascular repair- thrombectomy, angioplasty and stenting Percutaneous drains; Biliary Nephrostomy Tunnel drainage catheters Hemodialysis Work; Perm Catheter Fistulagram  DE clot Cryoablation's- Neurovascular  Cerebral aneurysm repair        Must have :     Advanced skills needed: Scrub angio cases, interventional radiology, stroke and trauma intervention, port placement-see previous list     Procedures performed on unit:       Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, RCIS, CVT, RT-radiology with experience     Dress Code : (Required uniform) ·        Scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. ·          Awards/Recognition:   Please include anything that you would like prospective candidates to be aware of, such as, links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards..   ·          Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment:   Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. ·
