Menomonee Falls, United States Froedtert - Menomonee Falls Hospital Full time

Pride Health is hiring a CT Technologist to support our client's hospital facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is a 13-weeks contract role.Duties:At the direction of a radiologist operates computed tomography (CT) and related equipment.Performs CT studies according to specific guidelines, prescribed protocols and utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures.Reviews images; archives with associated patient data. Interacts with imaging personnel, nursing and medical staff, patients, and visitors.Performs other duties as assigned. Observe the patient and instruments during procedures, report unusual occurrences and record patient conditions.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum of one-year, full time equivalent, clinical experience in Diagnostic Radiology is required. Previous CT experience is preferred.Licensure, Registration, And/or Certification Required:Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field is preferred.ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiologyCurrent State of WI license as a Radiographer is required.Advanced certification in CT required.American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS).Shift Time: 1st and 2nd shift, and every other weekend. 7:00am to 3:30pm and 2pm to 10pm.Location: Menomonee Falls, WIFloating Requirements: NA
