What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have): • TS/SCI with Poly • ITSM experience • ServiceNow Platform • One (1) years of experience with ServiceNow platform is required. (An additional two (2) years of experience may be substituted for the ServiceNow platform experience.) • Integrating ServiceNow with other applications, Discovery. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. • Five (5) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. • Two (2) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required What we are desiring from you (i.e. the nice-to-have qualifications): • ServiceNow Certified What we will provide in return: Excellent compensation and amazing benefits • Multiple health insurance options which include a PPO plan with ZERO deductibles and an HSA plan. • 401k Immediate Vesting.
