For our new Veterinarians, we've established a premier, customized mentorship program, unlike any other program in veterinary medicine. From a dedicated clinical mentor to a plethora of mentorship resources, our mentorship program has everything you need to succeed.
- Customized Year-Long Mentorship Program to fit your unique talents, goals, and needs
- Clinical Mentors act as your coach to provide goal setting, professional development, clinical & surgical mentorship, and schedule management to fit your pace & progress
- Weekly Meeting With Your Mentor
- Work together on goal setting and reflection
- Weekly Virtual Rounds open to all recent grads
- Customized emphasis on overcoming common clinical challenges, critical thinking as a recent grad, and a spectrum of clinical topics & development
- Meet other new and recent grads to develop a peer network of support
- On-Demand Learning: 100's of videos, webinars, and eLearning available in the MPower Learning system
- Four exam rooms (expanding to six soon), all equipped with computers.
- State-of-the-art surgical suite with monitoring equipment including ECG and SPO2.
- Advanced diagnostic tools like digital radiographs, in-house lab, and ultrasound.
Surgical Opportunities You can expect to perform routine surgeries including spays, neuters, mass removals, and more.
Flexible Appointment Lengths: 30-minute appointments for wellness and sick visits, 40 minutes for exotics, and 1 hour for behavior consults or second opinions.

Requirements:
- Recent graduation from an accredited veterinary school (DVM)
- 2025 New Grads encouraged to apply
- Active PA License in good standing
