SUMMARY:

  • Write and manage documents. Coordinate review and comment incorporation.
  • Maintain Project Server and document configuration.
  • Develop and review supporting spreadsheets.
  • Track progress and monitor status vs. schedule. Coordinate meetings.
  • Involvement with risk analysis, sensitivity analysis, external review coordination, management review coordination, NNSA review coordination, technology readiness assessments, and TMP development.
  • Participate in program/project teams affecting the execution of strategic program priorities.
  • Support initiatives focused on strategic programmatic or tactical execution issue resolution.
  • Maintain awareness of and contribute to schedules, performance monitoring status, and management reports.
  • Provide timely feedback and recommended solutions to management to improve or mitigate problems affecting execution and coordination between multiple sites.
  • Provide written and verbal analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Identify effective solutions, including implementing requirements.

Work Hours:
* A 40-hour work week is scheduled. SRS utilizes various work schedules, including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRNS holidays. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch. Work hours in excess of forty hours a week may be required, as authorized by SRNS management.
* Travel to partner sites (LANL, WIPP, PANTEX) may be required.
