JOB SUMMARY:
New Riff is looking for a candidate that is able to learn new processes and procedures quickly, follow written standards of operation, work with minimal supervision, possesses strong attention to detail, and demonstrates enthusiasm for the work with an engaging positive attitude.
The Warehouse Coordinator will report directly to the Packaging & Logistics Manager and work closely with another Warehouse Coordinator to ensure all duties and responsibilities listed below are completed. This is a first shift position that generally works from 8a-4p. Your primary functions will revolve around order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This is a full-time position, $21.00- $23.00/hour depending on experience.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & **RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds finished good orders according to the picklist, documenting all necessary information.
- Build orders according to New Riff and customer specifications.
- Review built orders in the staging location by physically looking at each pallet, verifying case counts by comparing physical pallets to the original PO. Report any issues and work with warehouse personnel and Packaging & Logistics Manager to correct any issues.
- Confirm information on customer provided BOL's as they are received.
- Generate BOL's on an as needed basis.
- Load / Unload shipments.
- Communicate with drivers to verify pickup information prior to loading/unloading any truck.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, safely and shipped on time.
- Deliver received shipments to various employees/departments.
- Coordinate internal finished good orders, communicating & delivering the order to the respective individual &/or department. .
- Work collaboratively with the Bottling Line and Quality Coordinator to properly clear & store finished goods each day.
- Maintain an accurate finished goods inventory. Assist with EOM Raw Material/FG inventory counts.
- Responsible for approving private single barrel pick-up dates/times.
- Confirm all selection information prior to the customer's arrival.
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner at the selection pick-up door & assist them with the loading of their selection cases.
- Work collaboratively with the Single Barrel team to address any issues or concerns.
- Utilize software databases on a daily basis, including AirTable, Whiskey Systems and Excel to build orders, verify order details, verify selection details, & maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Maintain a safe, clean, & organized warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
Required Education
- High school degree or equivalent education
Required Experience
- 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferred
Preferred Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (Include professional or technical certifications if applicable)
- Basic computer skills including use of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Doc, Etc.)
- Certified Forklift Operator
- Considers safety in all work activities
- Attention to detail; maintain accurate records in a timely fashion
- Proven ability to work independently, yet thrives in a team environment, including the ability to productively motivate without direct line responsibility

WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The position is on the production floor, and routinely requires heavy lifting and repetitive motion.
