  • Assist the CFO/COO in developing and managing operating and capital budgets.
  • Oversee the annual audit process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Process student billing, including enrollment contracts and collection efforts.
  • Manage financial aid applications, tracking and reporting data.
  • Record and distribute deposits, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Establish processes and procedures for charitable giving initiatives.
  • Support the school spirit store, including inventory management and volunteer coordination.
Qualifications:
  • BA in Accounting or related field, with CPA certification preferred.
  • 3-4 years of accounting experience, with public accounting background preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
