Description
We are looking for a passionate LADC or ADC-T to join our team. We use a multidisciplinary team model. You will work closely with all departments to provide the best client care we can offer.
We are hiring for a full time LADC/ADC-T to work at our Fridley, men's residential site. This is a caseload carrying position.

Job Responsibilities (not meant to be all-inclusive)
- Comprehensive Assessments
- Case Management
- Skilled in performing the 12 core functions
- Knowledge of Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension
- Required Documentation, completed on time per licensing requirements.
- Facilitate therapeutic group sessions
- Provide Individual Sessions

- The individual must have current Minnesota Sate Licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor or an ADC-T license (or able to obtain)
- A minimum of two (2) years freedom from chemical abuse problems
- Able to pass a DHS Background Study
- Familiar with MS Office Suite, Procentive or other EMR software
- Able to document 12 hours of training in co-occurring mental health problems and chemical abuse or dependency
Pay Range
Annual salary of $64K -65K
