We are currently searching for a sales professional to join our team in the role of Residential Sales Associate. Our ideal candidate is TEAM ORIENTED, outgoing, detail orientated, and motivated to succeed. Previous sales experience is preferred; classroom and on-the-job training are provided. Highlights:

$60k-$80k first year compensation expected. UNCAPPED commission as part of base salary + commission structure

90%+ of the leads are provided - no cold calling

Company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone

Defined sales territory, East Nashville, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person customer meetings to estimate painting projects

Create detailed proposals for customers during the appointment

Consistently follow-up with current customers and prospects

Work with production team to ensure success on every project

Participate in networking groups, home shows, and marketing events

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

High level of integrity and character

Strong individual contributor with the ability to work as part of a team

Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed goals

Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.)

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

College degree preferred, but not required
