Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on physician orders
  • Document findings accurately and in a timely manner
  • Create comprehensive treatment plans with long and short-term goals
  • Obtain necessary physician orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges
  • Provide treatment to patients and modify treatment as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed and registered therapist as required
  • Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR if state mandated
