What Are We Looking For?

One Behavioral is on a continued path for growth. We are looking to add full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) or Physician Assistants (PA) specializing in Behavioral Health to our team. This position includes 1 weekend call per month. Our hope is that our providers will contribute to our mission and embody our values. In addition to patient care, employee satisfaction is a top priority for us.

Opportunity Details:

- Inpatient setting, treating patients across the lifespan, with a focus on children and adolescents.

- Bi-monthly team meetings with supervising physicians and bi-monthly Continuing Education Symposiums with peer providers and supervisors.

- Skills and knowledge-based fit to accommodate the correct fit for Supervisor-Supervisee relationships.

- One Behavioral is ideal for new graduates and those early in their careers, as we strive to educate and help our providers grow with the help of our supervising providers.

- Flexible work schedule (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, 7 Days On & 7 Days Off)

Requirements:

- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

- Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry (preferred).

- Licensed to practice (license in good standing) in Texas required at the time of hire.

- Ability to integrate well with a multidisciplinary team.
