Your Role:

The Salesforce Application Developer is responsible for creating, configuring, and managing applications and related components to achieve business outcomes. This role involves interacting with IT and business partners to understand and meet business requirements. Responsibilities also include participating in agile ceremonies, improving system reliability, and providing sustaining support for application platforms.

Your Work

  • Apply software engineering concepts and processes to software development
  • Develop user interfaces and application programs using technical specifications and design documents
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies
  • Improve the reliability and utilization of systems and applications
  • Coordinate sustaining support for application platforms and business processes

Your Knowledge and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Cloud-based applications and Salesforce
  • Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio is a must
  • Strong technical acumen and deep working knowledge of Agile Methods and enterprise Cloud Integration
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration and development
  • Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer, and Omnistudio Developer certifications are preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is: $118,800.00 to $178,200.00.
