A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR - DISPATCHER

As a customer service representative, you are the heartbeat of our company All clients and plumbers are funneled through you for their scheduling needs. You answer incoming phone calls to schedule or reschedule appointments and help customers with anything else they may need. Using your excellent customer service skills, you build a great rapport with each client. You then assign jobs to the right technicians. Your goal is to provide prompt, convenient service as well as to maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You feel a great sense of accomplishment helping our customers and keeping our office in line

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CSR - DISPATCHER

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to complete documentation accurately

One year of experience and knowledge about plumbing or a related industry is preferred. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you adaptable and able to work well under pressure? Do you keep your workspace clean and organized? Are you friendly and able to establish a good rapport with people?
