The Warehouse Associate pay range is $20-24 per hour, based on experience and job level (I or II). Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 4% 401k match with immediate vesting.

What you'll do as a Warehouse Associate:
- Learn all Warehouse skill areas and become fully self-sufficient in several areas.
- Take care of your internal customers - pick orders and deliver parts to Assembly and Fabrication.
- Maintain accurate inventory records - use our ERP system to track all product moves and help chase down any difference between the physical counts and system counts.
- Receive goods and replenish the warehouse - store materials using FIFO principles.
- Work safely - use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other powered equipment to get the job done.
- Grow your skills - actively engage in cross training and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate - pitch in wherever help is needed to meet daily production goals and train others as directed.
- Be on-time for every scheduled shift. Reliable attendance is a must
What you need to be successful:
- 1-2 years' experience with general inventory control and material handling.
- At least 1 year of experience using inventory control software (ERP, MRP, or WMS).
- Experience using forklifts and order pickers. It's okay if your certification has lapsed, we'll re-train you.
- Flexibility and willingness to pivot focus - production needs often change throughout the day.
- Keen attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs and ability to stand and walk for your full shift.
- Bonus points if you are familiar with Lean Manufacturing concepts, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or Panatrack.
- The full pay range for this position is $20.00-$24.00 per hour. New hires typically start between $20.00 and $23.50 per hour, based on experience as well as market and business considerations.

- 401(k) matching with immediate vesting - up to 4%
- Paid vacation and sick time, plus paid holidays.
- This is a full-time opportunity working 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, plus overtime as needed.
