Two Six Technologies is seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Web Service Developer with expertise in Java and JavaScript to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building web services and APIs using Java technologies, as well as proficiency in front-end development with JavaScript frameworks. As a Mid-Level Web Service Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust web services and APIs to support our applications and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust web applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using JavaScript/Java frameworks and cloud technologies.
  • Utilize cloud services for processing and integration, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and security of developed solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating best practices into development processes.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in JavaScript/Java development, with experience in modern reactive frameworks such as: VueJS, ReactJS, and similar
  • Solid understanding of various cloud platforms and technologies, such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience working with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in both Linux and Windows environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Git CI/CD.
