Plumbing Foreman

Job Title: Plumbing Foreman $25-40/hr Job Description Candidates will work in the construction division as a plumber. The company mainly specializes in multi-family living (apartment buildings, townhomes, etc.) and commercial restaurant retail construction and remodel. Daily Tasks: Dig, install, test, and backfill underground sanitary and grease piping. Rough-in new drain, waste and vent (DWV) and domestic water piping. Install roof drains and storm drainage piping. Install, cut, thread, and join PVC and cast iron piping. Thread, install, and test building gas piping. Install various plumbing fixtures and trim such as water closets, urinals, lavatories, sinks, drinking fountains, etc. Install plumbing-specific equipment such as water heaters, storage tanks, recirculation pumps, tankless water heaters, sump pumps, and water filtration systems. Perform other job/field-related tasks as required: brazing, threading pipe, soldering, and welding. Hard Skills Previous commercial or industrial plumbing experience Ability to read blueprints Working knowledge of IPC and AHCD plumbing codes Valid Journeyman or Apprentice (minimum) license Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Work Environment Outdoor/Indoor, heavy commercial construction environment. Must be comfortable working on their own or in a crew setting.
